19.06.2020 Master class "Nanotechnology in Electronics"
Dear applicants!
Tomorrow, June 20, at 11:00, an NESPI master class will be held as part of the University Saturdays project
The workshop will provide practical examples of the use of nanotechnology in the creation of materials and devices of modern nanoelectronics. We will talk about non-silicon heterostructures (for the creation and study of their properties 3 Nobel Prizes were received) and how to grow them. It will be shown how thin elements of nanodevices with sizes less than 100 nm are created using an electron beam. All considered technologies are advanced and are used in production.
Entrance to the event by pre-registration on the site in accordance with the registration rules and the target audience designated for the event.

The event will be held in a remote format.

An online broadcast will be organized from MEPhI with the ability to ask questions to the presenter.

The link to the broadcast will be sent to all registered participants to the mail specified during registration and placed in the personal account of the registered participant
