Egorov Anton Yurevich, Doctor of Sc.

Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Technical Director of Connector Optics LLC, Professor of the Department of Physics and Technology of Nanoheterostructures, St. Petersburg AU RAS. Qualification: Hirsch index 40, citation 12.8. Area of expertise: nanotechnology, semiconductor heterostructures and low-dimensional systems, quantum dots, strip and vertical-emitting heterostructure lasers for optical information transmission systems.

Labunov Vladimir Arkhipovich, Doctor of Sc.

Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Honored Inventor of the BSSR. In 2002-2009 Member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Currently, he is the chief researcher at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. The 1992 State Prize of the Republic of Belarus for the creation and industrial implementation of a highly efficient system technology for the mass production of ultra-large integrated circuits.

Samsonov Vladimir Mikhailovich, Doctor of Sc.

Head of the Laboratory of Relativistic Nuclear Physics, Advisor to the Director of the St. Petersburg Institute of Nuclear Physics B.P. Konstantinova. Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology (1996); Member of the Council of the RAS on heavy ion physics. Hirsch Index: 80. Fields of scientific interests: Crystal-diffraction gamma and X-ray spectrometry, physics of X-ray diffraction and gamma radiation in crystals, physics of coherent processes of radiation by particles, etc.

Borman Vladimir Dmitrievich, Doctor of Sc.

Areas of interest: physical kinetics of multiphase systems, physics of nonequilibrium atomic systems and composites, nanofluidics.

Chistyakov Alexander Alexandrovich, Doctor of Sc.

After graduating from MEPhI in 1974, he worked at the Department of Solid State Physics. In 1982 he defended his thesis, in 1998 - a doctorate.
Areas of interest: physics of molecular nanosystems, quantum dots, photonic crystals.


Kotkovsky Gennady Evgenievich, Ph.D., Associate Professor.

He graduated with honors from MEPhI in 1984, in 2000 he defended his thesis. He specializes in ion mobility spectrometry, ion mobility increment spectrometry and multistage resonant laser ionization.


Martynov Igor Leonidovich, Ph.D., Associate Professor.

He graduated with honors from MEPhI in 2006, and in 2011 he defended his thesis. He is a specialist in the field of photophysics of semiconductor nanostructures and laser multistage ionization.


Maslov Mikhail Mikhailovich, Ph.D., Associate Professor.

He graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 2007 with a degree in Condensed Matter Physics, and also received his second degree with a degree in Comprehensive Protection of Informatization Objects at Moscow Engineering Physics Institute in 2010. In 2010 he defended his thesis on the study of nanostructures with non-traditional geometry of the carbon frame. Research interests: solid state theory, computational methods in quantum chemistry and computer simulation of nanostructures. Winner of a number of awards and grants for scientific activities. Among them are the Prize for Supporting Talented Youth in the Nanophysics and Nanotechnology nomination, the Grant for Young Teachers of MEPhI and the Grants of the President of the Russian Federation.


Katin Konstantin Petrovich, Ph.D., Associate Professor.

In 2008, he graduated from MEPhI with a degree in Condensed Matter Physics, qualifying as a physical engineer. In 2011 he defended his thesis "Dynamic characteristics of the processes of annealing and decay of small carbon clusters." Winner of a number of awards and grants for scientific activities. Among them is the Grant of the President of the Russian Federation. Member of the editorial board of Turkish Computational & Theoretical Chemistry, scientific editor of special. issue of Adsorption on nanoparticles and 2D materials, Computation.
